blue suit.

A blue suit has, for too long, conjured up a picture of a 'Sunday-go-to-meeting' suit in blue erge, either too dark (that is to say, too much like the true navy blue which is almost black) or in what one calls a bad navy, which is one that is too purple. In point of fact a good navy is a very becoming color to almost everyone, male or female. It is not actually navy blue at all, but what we would call a French navy, a light navy with green cast and never a red. It is very clean looking with a white shirt, and very elegant looking and harmonious with a blue shirt. It is an ideal color by articifial light and will go a deep black, wheras black itself may go brown or greeny. A blue suit is, therefore, an excellent late-day garment when a dinner jacket is not required.

I find myself getting lost in Chapter's visuals multiple times a day. I'm somewhat obsessed with this brand. I lust for their threads. If I could pick my favorite part of a jacket or shirt, it would be without a question: collars. My favorite thing is when a jacket has a raw, loud, in-your-face, oversized collar. With my love of collars, Chapter more than tickles my fancy. Fancy massage. Check 'em out here.

English alternative rock band BΔSTILLE is composed of singer/songwriter Dan Smith, Chris Wood, Will Farquarson, and Kyle Simmons. After starting as a solo project, Bastille became a quartet in 2010, and the following year signed with EMI Music, and then Virgin records one year later in 2012. After just three years together, they released the studio album 'Bad Blood' which reached the number two spot on the UK Album charts in 2013.

I've been obsessed with this album for the past month or so and I gotta say, if you give it a listen, you'll know exactly why. Generally, I don't consider myself a fan of pop/rock artists but what can I say, the man knows how to arrange a tune. Bastille mixes melodic piano ballads and often full orchestral accompaniments with light dance beats and perfect dynamics. It's one of those albums you can listen to over and over and not even notice where the time has gone.

Take a listen for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
