5 Tips: Don't Get Sick.

When you're sick you hate your life and everything sucks. So let us give you some quick tips to help you prevent that.

1. Sleep. Get plenty of sleep. Don't be out all night if you have an early morning.

2. Hydrate. Drink lots of water to flush your system. Drown a cold and starve a fever.

3. Boost your immune system. Invest in some Emergen-C or Airborne of sorts to help strengthen yourself.

4. Keep it fresh. If you feel a little something coming on, don't push yourself. Relax and make sure to get fresh air. 

5. Cleanliness. Wash your hands often. You never know what you're gonna pick up these days.

Help yourself out this cold and flu season and don't get sick.

5 Tips To A Good Morning.

1. Wake up - Really? Yeah, really. This one is easy, but not always guaranteed. 

2. Shower - This will help you wake up. Plus it’s hygienic. People like people that smell good. It’s a proven fact.

3. Music - Put on some tunes to rock out to. Solo dances parties ftw. Like this little diddy... 

4. Eat - Get some food in your system to kick start that metabolism and to get some energy. 

5. Read - Find something interesting to read. Whether it be the book you’ve been reading or a quick article that interests you. Try to make it something new and interesting. That way it gives you the rest of your day to think about it, share it and find out more.

Morning stretches - This one comes from Aaron. Get that blood pumpin’ and those muscles warmed up. If you need more info on what his routine is you’re going to need to contact him because I don’t know it.

5 Tips: Thanksgiving. 


1. Snack - If you snack throughout the day you can eat a huge Thanksgiving meal. Starving yourself to eat a big meal doesn't work. So don't try it.


2. Cranberry sauce - Crucial to completing the meal. Don’t like cranberry sauce? Well, start. 


3. Eat everything - Try everything available. You never know what you’re missing out on until you try it.


4. Exercise - Exercising before or after isn’t going to do anything. Don’t waste your time. One Oreo takes about 10 minutes of walking to burn off. Do the math. 


5. Save room - Pie is the best part. Don’t like pie? You’re weird. 


5 Tips: Making Your Life Better (For the Ladies & Gentleman).

1. Respect everyone - Even if they don’t deserve it. This says more about you than you’d think.


2. Smile and be happy - No one like’s a Debbie downer and life is too short to be miserable.

5 Tips On Being A Better You (For Guys).

1. Hair product - Get some wax, dry wax preferably. Don’t have hair? Grow some. Ladies like to play with it.

2. Shoes - Get some go to’s. Vans, Chucks or some variation, but don’t stray too far. Keep it simple and classic.

3. T-Shirts - Plain white or black tees, fitted or some what relaxed. No tall tee/over-sized nonsense. Crew neck and V necks, give yourself some options. They are timeless and go with everything. Think James Dean.

4. Smell your best - Get some cologne or some deodorant spray. Whichever, but don’t tell them what you’re wearing. Ladies like to associate you with a smell. Make it a good one and don’t forget to shower as well.

5. Get a smart phone - Seriously, it’s time to grow up. Stay connected and keep up with what’s going on. You won’t regret it.
