season of wool.

I love warm weather. I love a cool breeze on a hot day. I love spring showers and fall chills. And as much as everyone supposedly hates winter, I love it and I'm sad to see it go. As winter comes to an end, I say goodbye to the thick coats, wool sweaters, and comfy scarves, and I must say, it's tough. I'll miss you winter coat. I'll miss you infinity scarf, I'll miss you Christmas sweater. But as seasons change, so do appropriate layers. And so with that we bid you adieu.

5 Tips: Don't Get Sick.

When you're sick you hate your life and everything sucks. So let us give you some quick tips to help you prevent that.

1. Sleep. Get plenty of sleep. Don't be out all night if you have an early morning.

2. Hydrate. Drink lots of water to flush your system. Drown a cold and starve a fever.

3. Boost your immune system. Invest in some Emergen-C or Airborne of sorts to help strengthen yourself.

4. Keep it fresh. If you feel a little something coming on, don't push yourself. Relax and make sure to get fresh air. 

5. Cleanliness. Wash your hands often. You never know what you're gonna pick up these days.

Help yourself out this cold and flu season and don't get sick.

Park City Snow.

My feet were so numb this day. I can't remember the last time my feet were ever this cold. I don't get cold easily so this was new to me. A combination of the snow, thin shoes and even thinner socks definitely didn't help. Next time I will be more prepared for the snow then I was this time. I've been looking for some boots for awhile now and I refuse to go back to Park City until I get some. Then we'll see who's warm. I'll beat you next time snow. Mark my words!
