ultraboost hits the pitch.

adidas has now announced three different colorways in their line of ultraboost soccer cleats. "triple white", "triple black", and "silver pack" (triple grey may have been a more consistent name?).

I haven't had the opportunity to try them out myself, but these boots are ridiculously good looking.

a primeknit upper and three structured stripes are designed to lock the foot down while giving a soft touch on the ball and added control for strikers. And don't forget the hybrid boost technology in the sole which promises to a comfortable experience.

The silver pack is scheduled to release February 5th, but dates for other color options has not yet been announced. Finally, something to look forward to.

yellow claw bfm united kit.

i don't care if you like yellow claw or their music, but the new yellow claw bfm united uniform is rad as hell. it's one kit to definitely own.

one thing you can never say about yellow claw is they suck at merch. these guys are 100% on top of it when it comes to apparel and yellow claw goods. so when they drop a dope football kit inspired collection it's going to sell out fast, oh, and it did. i think there might be like a size small or something that won't fit you still available, but good luck. i'm mainly just showing you this so you can see what you missed out on or what you can buy at absurd resell prices.

head over to their online shop to check out more yellow claw goods

psg x nike 15/16 third kit.

holy shit the new psg third kit is mean. one of the better looking kits i've seen in awhile. you can probably guess it's because it's black, but really that's not the only reason.

it's clean and minimal design look makes this kit easy on the eyes. there's no unnecessary flash or stupid design elements that aren't needed. nike remembered to keep it simple. i mean seriously, look at it for yourself.

they're calling it 'dark light' which is a really dumb name, but i'm sure it sounds or translates much cooler in french. supposedly this is going to be psg's primary kit for the champions league. let's just hope they make it far enough to actually give this kit a proper showing.

now don't get me wrong, the boy is a chealsea supporter – that's just how it goes. however, he can appreciate when he sees an aesthetically pleasing kit regardless of team. and of course because it's nike and football, they spared no expense when they filmed this over the top short for the release of the kit. also you chelsea fans may notice our old friend david luiz in the ad. check the video out below.

if you're looking to cop, you can find the nike x psg third kit here.

chelsea '15/16.

This year Chelsea signed a huge deal with Yokohama as their new official sponsor -- say goodbye samsung.

I'm gonna be honest, i kind of hate the "Yokohama Tyres" logo in comparison with the cleaner samsung text, but so far I'm not mad at these new henley-collar kits. take a look.

no time shirt.

i want this shirt from balr.

no time for losers, divers or racism. it' simple and perfect

the only thing i struggle with is pay 75 euros for a t-shirt. that's a little ridiculous for just a tee.

there's still a good chance i'm going to but it anyway, but i hesitate a little.

check it out here and bounce around balr's site while you're there.

real madrid x yohji yamamoto.

adidas teams up with yoji and bring us this collab for real madrid's 2014/15 third kits.

it would be weird and borderline unacceptable if the kit was any other color in black.

it's dope to see a great designer team up with a football company and brings us this awesome kit. i'll be honest, i'd rather it be a chelsea jersey, but this is still rad.

pick it up now on adidas website here. limited quantities so don’t think, just buy.

adidas black and white boot collection.

have you seen these boots yet? adidas smashes it with this black and white collection.

they took the predators, f50's and the og copas and gave them a monochrome bath.

i remember a few years ago trying to get my hands on some blacked out predators and couldn't find them anywhere. finally found them and they didn't have my size. and now, i have my second chance.

i love the clean aesthetics that these boots have and not mad about the monochrome at all. it's one trend i'm totally okay with.

no official release date, but they're suppose to hit stores soon.

u.s. 2014 world cup kits.

nike drops the team U.S. 2014 world cup kits and they look rad.

gotta love that collar on the home kits and can't be mad at those colors of the away kit.

plus who's not a fan of koston? Especially koston in a team u.s. kit, exactly.

swoop one of u.s. 2014 world cup kits here.

superbowl digs.

The superbowl is happening. You surely know this already. What you might not know yet is what you can wear to your superbowl themed parties and events. Check out this guide by TheGentleManual regarding what you should and should not be wearing to support your team at each party.

I do realize this is from last year, by it doesn't make these tips any less true.

Tailgate Shirt

The ultimate tailgating shirt is the jersey, of course. Consider investing in the Nike Customized Elite Jersey. This jersey is not only comfortable, it’s water resistant and made with flywire thread for strength without extra weight. In the event of unexpected game day drizzle, you’ll be able sit through the rain without any issue in this jersey. Did I mention it’s also customizable for any name and number?  The only logical alternative to the football jersey is a bare-skinned chest covered in body paint.

Office Shirt

When shopping for football apparel for the office, it’s better to lean toward understated sportswear. No one wants to be compared to the lady down the hall—you know, the one with the light up football pens and sports patterned dresses that remind you of your nephew’s bedroom wallpaper. And you’re in no way trying to be linked to the guy with the farting mug (yes, these exist) who wears orange and black striped shirts throughout the entire month of October. You’re a gentleman, not a clown. For this reason, stick to only bringing one color to play. A classic solid-colored dress shirt sets the backdrop for any sport tie or accessory without screaming SUPERFAN.

Tailgate Neckwear

Grab a soft sided beer can cooler in your team’s colors. See that handle strap? Put it around your neck. This is what we mean by tailgating neckwear. Whether it be 12-can or 24-can (depending on the strength of your shoulders and neck) keeping your beers close by wearing them around your neck is of utmost importance. No hesitation is needed here. While tailgating, you can sport as loud and obnoxious coloring as you wish. True champions may seek out a bag that can hold up to 54 cans and don it as a backpack.

Office Neckwear

For shirt and jacket required offices, there are an array of NFL ties to proclaim your loyalty. For a louder approach, don’t fear the team logo, like this Pittsburgh Steelers Tie. The blatant team name will decisively mark you as a fan. One drawback is that the conspicuous declaration of NFL loyalty may come at price: be wary out of your team’s hometown, be sure not to offend and keep an eye on the guy wearing the Browns tie down the hall. For a more subtle testimony of team devotion, choose a tie like the New England Patriots Tie from With its sleek plaid pattern, attractive coloring and straightforward single logo, a tie like this is the manifestation of football fan classiness.

Tailgate Wristwear

Although technically more handwear than wristwear (whatever, close enough) a team inspired beer koozie is integral to your tailgating. No matter your team loyalty, when warm beer distracts you from the tailgate experience, nobody wins. Stay prepared by keeping your koozies close at hand. If you want to go literal with this category, try a football leather bracelet. It’s a simple way to add another touch of team spirit to your outfit.

Office Wristwear

Pick a watch for its design first, then consider if the addition of your football team’s logo, colors, or mascot adds to the piece or detracts from it. If the watch is still elegant and contains zero evidence of plastic straps, it’s appropriate to wear to the office as an accessory. You can complete any outfit for a business-formal environment with a smart pair of cufflinks. A pop color in your cufflinks gives your outfit a nice  touch of team spirit without having too many recurring league logos.

Tailgate Accessories

Socks, scarves, hats, you name it. Anything available that has been sufficiently covered in your NFL team’s colors, logos and mascots is applicable to the tailgate party. Even a pair of Vans Authentic shoes in your team color can be a versatile addition to your tailgating outfit. Shy not away from tacky socks or leg warmers. You’re here to show team spirit. Don’t forget the giant foam fingers and hand-painted signs.

Office Accessories

Office wear requires restraint, however, show no restraint when throwing your penalty flag inspired pocket square as you catch your co-worker reaching for your sandwich in the fridge. Also, a pair of colorful team socks can be a clever way to show team spirit when they occasionally peak out from beneath your pant hem. Even a pair of color shoelaces can quietly affirm where your loyalty lies.

At tailgate parties and at home, you are encouraged to go all out with NFL team banners, attire and obnoxious team spirit. However, at work, it can be unflattering to be “that —insert football team name— guy.” As the NFL season starts, just keep in mind these things: while supporting your team at the office requires some subtlety, you may be as loud as you like with the your team attire when tailgating. Once you’ve proved your ability to properly represent your NFL team at the office, head out, grab a cold one, and wait for the weekend to tailgate or throw your own party and watch at home with the NFL Sunday Ticket, available at
