represent "only the strong survive" 2015 summer collection.

represent's summer collection is dope. not the biggest fan of the beige pieces, but the black ones are my jam. plus the fits are unreal. i'm a fan of the length of the garments and the way they hang on the model. very into the look of their "only the strong survive" 2015 summer collection. if it reminds you of another brand, you're not the only one. i get heavy fear of god vibes from this collection, but that's what's on trend right now. it's probably that stripe tee. i'm not trying to knock, i'm into the collection and that tank is a must for the summer.

head over to represent's website and cop here.

adidas tubular.

adidas finally starts showing up to the game. i think they were tired of sitting on the bench and realized that they were falling behind. so what do they do? they step up with Nic Galway's absolutely banger of a shoe, the adidas tubular. these beauts are a true work of art. they are definitely on the list of this year's must have's for probably everyone. they're heavily influenced by the y-3 qasa, which is another one of favorites, and you can clearly see it by just looking at the shoe. these should come without the heavy price that y-3's usually come with which will also be nice. stay tuned for more updates which will probably be easy, all the blogs are freaking out over these and for good reason. release date keeps jumping around the end of november some time. so stay on it.

drôle de monsieur.

this sweatshirt is definitely on the list. i've been wanting this sweatshirt for some time now, but it's impossible to get.

it's always sold out and sells out ridiculously fast. they release restocks on cest time and that usually means ridiculous hours of the night for me.

the paris based brand, drôle de monsieur, is responsible for this clean and simple crew neck sweatshirt.

it's a basic sweatshirt that has 'not from paris madame' embroidered on the front that comes in three colors. it comes in black, maroon and green. obviously i'm leaning towards the black crewneck.

sweatshirt season will eventually reach southern california and i intend to be ready. this sweatshirt would help me with that

check out their website and keep checking if you're interested in picking up a sweatshirt here

time to layer.

it's winter, and that means it's cold. so what do we do? we grab our heavy jackets, slap some boots on our feet and get ready for the winter season.

what happens when you get tired of your heavy jacket? what if you only have one heavy jacket and you don’t want to wear the same one everyday? you could always stock up on heavy jackets, but that can get pricey quick. and now you’re going to have to find some extra space in your perfectly full closet. so what do you do? well my friend, the answer is simple – layers. we all know how to layer up to stay warm; it's not that hard. you've been doing it since you were a child, whether or not you knew why your mother kept putting sweatshirt after sweatshirt on you. the only hard part about layering should be picking which shirt or sweater to start with. this is how you can avoid heavy jackets during the winter season and opt out of them in exchange for a few extra layers. yeah, it might be a pain stripping them off once you get to where you're going with that heater blasting, but once they're off they're off.

i can sit here and tell you how to layer, but i've dropped a few pictures in this post that will show you better than i can tell you what to pair your cashmere sweater with. you can see what others are layering and how they're doing it much easier this way. it’s okay to be new to the layering arena, you'll catch on quick we promise. just know that almost anything can be layered and for the most part you can tell if it looks good or not. just remember the typical things to keep in mind like colors or fit. then again, the rules are meant to be broken and sometimes it works out even better. don't limit yourself or your layers, think you can't rock your denim jacket under a sport coat? well, as you'll see below, you can. the best thing to do is keep an eye out for what others are doing for new or fresh ideas. more importantly though, always be experimenting with your wardrobe. you won't know until you try. good luck gentlemen and stay warm.

supreme x bruce lee fall/winter 2013 lookbook.

i'm a huge fan of bruce lee, but this collection that supreme has dropped? yeah, i don't think so. supreme might have a big enough cult following for this stuff to sell, but it doesn't change the fact that it's pretty ugly stuff. The jacket's not half bad, but it's also probably ridiculously over priced. the supreme x bruce lee collection will be available october 24th in their stores and online. japan's gotta wait until the 26th, sorry doods you’ve gotta wait.

i can’t wait to see how this collection sells, or if it does. what do you guys think? buy or pass?

fashion profile - justin o'shea.

Justin O'Shea is a street style king. He's in the upper echelon of style right next to Nick Wooster in my book. The man has ridiculous style that seems to come effortlessly. Originally the man is from Australia, but now lives in London, England where his style is right at home. He's usually spotted rocking a well tailored suit, some shoes you'll want and his signature sunglasses. Check this dude out and take notes because you'll definitely learn a thing or two when it comes to style from Justin O'Shea. I've also added a video he was featured in below for a gin company. He explains a little bit of where his style comes from and what he's about.

It's a new year and time for some new gear. I spotted the top tee on a blog and looked into Ugmonk a little more. I liked what I saw so I thought I'd share it with you guys. The brand is based on fresh, minimalistic designs that are heavily influenced by typography. If you're into design or just want some clean looking gear look no further. Swoop here

abc's of men's fashion 28.

shoe trees.

Van Gogh painted a beautiful picture of an old, shapeless pair of boots; and I don't think any more models are required. He made his boots look wistful and neglected; and so appear, to me, all shoes and boots without trees. Although in some cases shoes look better with some wear, the inside of the shoe or boot should always be preserved. The better care you take of your shoes, the longer they will last.

Center Street.

These pictures are a small glimpse into what happened during my visit to Utah. We ended up on Center Street with the camera and had to take some pictures. What you see is what took place during this event. We treated the camera like a hot potato so you could be looking at a number of people’s work. With the camera being passed between Andrew, Kelli (my girlfriend), and I, we were bound to come out with an interesting and unique assortment of photos. After we got home and took a look at what we had captured, we realized that we had digital gold. Not only did we have a great time and a lot of fun, but we have it documented for us to look back on later in life. Seriously, grab some friends and a camera and go out into the world to make some memories. Sounds cheesy, but you won't regret it.
