represent "only the strong survive" 2015 summer collection.

represent's summer collection is dope. not the biggest fan of the beige pieces, but the black ones are my jam. plus the fits are unreal. i'm a fan of the length of the garments and the way they hang on the model. very into the look of their "only the strong survive" 2015 summer collection. if it reminds you of another brand, you're not the only one. i get heavy fear of god vibes from this collection, but that's what's on trend right now. it's probably that stripe tee. i'm not trying to knock, i'm into the collection and that tank is a must for the summer.

head over to represent's website and cop here.

eleven paris x kate moss.

i was looking through eleven paris' website and stumbled upon this little heater of a shirt. it's a dope shirt that features the best of the best, kate moss, in a ski mask. the colors on the shirt look great and i wonder if they really look that good in person. anyway, i want this shirt and i'm adding it to my never ending purchase list. if you want to swoop you can jump over to eleven paris' website here

stampd black hooded uniform parka.

stampd released their spring/summer collection, but that's clearly not what this post is about. one thing that i was feelin' in the collection was their uniform parka. this thing looks dope as hell. from the fit to the cut of the jacket, it all looks good in my book. i wouldn't mind getting my hands on this jacket and wearing it on those cool summer nights. see more on stampd's website and shop it here

nike free go '14 woven.

nike drops a classic black and white colorway of the free og 14's with a woven upper. these things are beautiful. these are definitely on the list of must have for me. I love my free og's and wouldn't mind adding another pair to the rotation. there's still a few pairs out there, but they're going fast. happy hunting for those trying to cop.

kanye west x dirk standen interview.

at this point, i really don't even need to mention the fact that kanye dropped yeezy season 1 and that yeezy season is here. everyone knows and everything is out. in truth, there's not much i can add that hasn't already been said. you've seen the invites that were jackets, you've seen the yeezy boosts, you've seen the clothes, you've seen the fashion show and you've heard the new song. what else is there? everyone is going to say what they think and whatever dumb shit they speculate or want to just blurt out. i don't care about that. i care about what the man himself has to say. in the interview that kanye west did with dirk standen for he talks about everything. if you really are a fan of 'ye, fashion or just want to know more about the guy you need to read it. jump over to the interview here, learn where kanye is coming from and where he plans to go. enjoy.

jerry lorenzo interview on hypebeast.

fear of god's jerry lorenzo talks with hypebeast and shares his thoughts on life, the brand and fashion. it's a good read and interesting to get into the head of the designer. jump on over to hypebeast and read the interview here

fragment design x nike roshe ld-1000 sp.

i remember sitting at brunch with some friends when this news got dropped on me. i don't remember exactly how we got on the topic of sneakers, but my buddy ace was like, “have you seen the cortez-roshes that are coming out?”

To which myself and my two other friends we were with stopped eating to exclaim, “what??”

Ace then nonchalantly responds with, “yeah, look it up. the roshe ld-1000’s,”

naturally i scramble for my iPhone and immediately google them. the heavy hitters i found waiting for me were exactly what i expected. the ld-1000’s are a combination of two of the greatest sneakers (in my opinion) ever made.

it was like the cortez was reborn.

my friends and i grew up in the hardcore music scene. with every scene, there is a certain style and way you dress that shows you identify with that scene. In the hardcore scene it was usually black t-shirts, band t-shirts, camo pants, camo shorts, dark blue jeans, too much murray’s pomade and a couple different types of shoes. The shoes you wore were either jack purcells, chuck taylors or a pair of nike cortez. There were a few other shoes worn, but those were the main choices for us young and angry adolescents. When I was introduced to the ld-1000’s it was like the glory days all over again.

as time goes on your style and tastes change. these days i live in my roshes and listen to a lot less hardcore music. roshes are my current favorites because they offer two amazing qualities – style and comfort. i put them on in the morning and often forget they’re on my feet. no seriously, that’s how comfortable they are to me which is saying something. usually the first two things i do when i get home is put my car keys in my tray and then take off my shoes. when i’m wearing my roshes i tend to leave them on and forget i have them on. long story short, i love my roshes.

so when i found out that nike teamed up with fragment design and created the roshe ld-1000 sp i lost my shit. i instantly decided then and there that i need to own these shoes. one of my favorite past nike shoe designs and my current favorite nike shoe design come together to create one beautiful pair of shoes only brings one word to mind – sold.

unfortunately, these shoes aren’t out yet. the official date has been moved around a few times, but it seems like the real official release date is set on November 6th, 2014. I check every couple days, plus they’re blowin’ up all over the sneaker blogs and instagram which makes it easy to keep up on. they should be available in select retailers and on nike’s website, but we all know how that goes. good luck to you if you’re trying to cop a pair, i know i will be.

drĂ´le de monsieur.

this sweatshirt is definitely on the list. i've been wanting this sweatshirt for some time now, but it's impossible to get.

it's always sold out and sells out ridiculously fast. they release restocks on cest time and that usually means ridiculous hours of the night for me.

the paris based brand, drôle de monsieur, is responsible for this clean and simple crew neck sweatshirt.

it's a basic sweatshirt that has 'not from paris madame' embroidered on the front that comes in three colors. it comes in black, maroon and green. obviously i'm leaning towards the black crewneck.

sweatshirt season will eventually reach southern california and i intend to be ready. this sweatshirt would help me with that

check out their website and keep checking if you're interested in picking up a sweatshirt here
