drĂ´le de monsieur.

this sweatshirt is definitely on the list. i've been wanting this sweatshirt for some time now, but it's impossible to get.

it's always sold out and sells out ridiculously fast. they release restocks on cest time and that usually means ridiculous hours of the night for me.

the paris based brand, drôle de monsieur, is responsible for this clean and simple crew neck sweatshirt.

it's a basic sweatshirt that has 'not from paris madame' embroidered on the front that comes in three colors. it comes in black, maroon and green. obviously i'm leaning towards the black crewneck.

sweatshirt season will eventually reach southern california and i intend to be ready. this sweatshirt would help me with that

check out their website and keep checking if you're interested in picking up a sweatshirt here

cosby monday.

it's monday. I spent my weekend moving into a new place, which means that after three days of painting and building furniture and unboxing things, i'm quite exhausted.

This morning I need a pick me up, and it comes by way of Mr. Jack Black in the movie High Fidelity. He brings up two amazing points:

  1. Walkin' on Sunshine is the greatest monday morning song
  2. Nobody can rock a Cosby sweater like Bill Cosby can rock a Cosby sweater

merry christmas ya filthy animal.

from us to you, happy christmas. We love you and are so grateful for your support. we're planning some huge things coming up, so stay posted for what's to come. in the meantime, enjoy this song from the soundtrack to The Hobbit: the desolation of smaug, which i saw in 3-d for the second time, with my family on Christmas.

stripes on stripes.

I bought two new sweaters. I'm getting ready for the cold if it ever comes. I couldn't decide which one I liked more, so like any good problem solver, I bought them both. Great fit and they're ready for layers if I want. Didn't layer in these pics so I could show off the purchase.

season of wool.

I love warm weather. I love a cool breeze on a hot day. I love spring showers and fall chills. And as much as everyone supposedly hates winter, I love it and I'm sad to see it go. As winter comes to an end, I say goodbye to the thick coats, wool sweaters, and comfy scarves, and I must say, it's tough. I'll miss you winter coat. I'll miss you infinity scarf, I'll miss you Christmas sweater. But as seasons change, so do appropriate layers. And so with that we bid you adieu.
